Resumen: This paper proposes the implementation of a dynamic reconfiguration algorithm of a photovoltaic array, together with a maximum power point tracker. The controller will maximize the output power of a photovoltaic array under partial shading conditions. Also, a System-On-Chip in the Loop design flow that integrates MATLAB/Simulink and Vivado Design Suite tools is introduced. The designed control system is prototyped on the ZedBoard development board. Verification of the implemented system on the ZedBoard is performed in conjunction with the system model in Simulink. The implemented system is scalable, has low resource utilization and power consumption.
